Before Your Appointment
Prior to your first treatment do not eat heavy meals or drink alcohol for at least 24 hours. Eating light, nutritious food before hand may help to give a more satisfying result.
Your First Appointment
The first appointment takes approximately 1½ hours and involves an analysis of the individual’s diet, nutritional needs, lifestyle and any associated problems, before administering a colonic. Occasionally specific lab tests may be recommended to attain greater understanding of an individual’s physiological imbalances.
Your first visit will start with the taking of your case history (please arrive 10 minutes early), and some dietary and nutrition advice, where needed. The colonic itself takes about 35-45 minutes during which time special massage techniques are used to stimulate the release of stored matter.
